ENTRY FEE: Adults 60p per class, Children 40p per class.

Entries: to be submitted by 9pm on Thursday 6th August 2009, late entries will not be accepted on Saturday morning.

Exhibitors should try to submit written entries as this will ensure there will be no confusion.

Staging: All exhibits are to be staged between 8:30am to 10:00am on Saturday 8th August, with the exception of the Beer, Wine and Liqueur classes which need to be staged by 9:15am on Saturday 8th August. Any entries that are applicable (i.e. jams/wine etc.) can be left on Friday the 7th between 2pm and 7pm.

Note vehicles are not permitted on the show ground after 9am on Saturday 8th August.

All entries should remain until 5pm on Sunday 9th of August after which time vehicular access will be permitted on the show ground. Should you have a problem with any staging requests above please let us know on your entry form so that alternative arrangements can be made.
